Note personal details volunteered through application forms, CVs, etc. is treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1988 . Such information may be forwarded to clients of PAS only on the consent of the candidate in accordance with section 8(h) of the act. Registered users of the site should note that data collected at application and exam stages of competitions may be retained for statistical purposes and subsequently maybe used in the formulation of future competitions. If we hold an email address or mobile phone number for you, we may use this to communicate service-related information to you and, in particular, we may alert you to any concerns we may have about the activity on your account.
