Ireland's new citizens

Publicjobs.ie would like to congratulate the 2,400 new Irish citizens who attended the Convention Centre in Killarney, County Kerry this week.

The new Irish citizens originate from 90 different countries with the majority coming from Poland, the UK, Romania, India and Nigeria.

The first ceremonies took place in 2011 and since then, people from over 180 counties have become Irish citizens.

On behalf of Publicjobs.ie, Michelle Noone, the Head of Executive Search, Marketing and State Boards welcomed the new Irish citizens at the event. "It's great to have the opportunity to share the varied careers on offer across the Irish Civil and Public Sector with such a diverse audience."

Congratulations to all!
