We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in not one but three categories for the gradIreland Awards 2020. The gradIreland Awards are the largest recruitment awards in the graduate recruitment industry in Ireland and are adjudicated by an expert panel of judges and the votes of over 13,000 undergraduates across Ireland.

We have been shortlisted for the following categories:

  • Best Student Marketing Campaign for the 2019 #ChangingIreland Graduate Opportunities, which included a number of new and innovative features designed to engage graduates in the benefits of considering a career in the Civil Service;

  • Best Graduate Training and Development Programme – Specialist/Professional Training Programmes for the exciting new Programme involving a number of Departments (the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine) and the WRC, and which aims to support the development of ER and IR specialists who can operate on behalf of the Government in the management of industrial and employment relations.

  • The gradireland Diversity Recruitment Award sponsored by AHEAD for its role in developing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion capacity and practices which help to position the public service as an employer of choice across the full range of talent, particularly for graduates who want an employer and work environment whose values align with their own progressive and inclusive ideals.

We are really delighted to be in the mix for the awards across a number of key areas. The shortlists read like a list of ‘who’s who’ in the world of leading employers of graduates in Ireland. We are passionate about ensuring that graduates see and appreciate the diversity of interesting and meaningful work that is available in the civil and public sector and the role they can play in shaping a #ChangingIreland

Having been postponed due to the COVID19 outbreak, the Awards are now due to place in early August. We will keep you posted.

We would like to thank all our supporters, clients and particularly, all of the graduates for your continued support in our efforts to improve our graduate recruitment services.
