
At publicjobs we have launched our new three-year Corporate Strategy “Recruit with Purpose”, providing the guiding principles to continue our pursuit of public service recruitment excellence and successfully deliver a future-ready public service workforce for Ireland.
A strategic roadmap for 2025 to 2028, the strategy will enable publicjobs to navigate the challenges of our evolving economy and labour market, ensuring the organisation is prepared and empowered to meet the recruitment needs and expectations of the civil and public service.
The strategy was officially launched by our CEO Margaret McCabe and Executive Team on 19th and 20th of November.
“Recruit with Purpose” is built around three strategic priorities:
- The first choice for clients: We aim to be the first-choice recruitment provider for the civil and public service and possess the skills, capacity and professionalism to be trusted by clients to deliver excellence in recruitment to the civil and public service.
- The starting point for jobseekers: Our goal is to be the destination of choice for jobseekers through a strong brand presence, compelling employer value proposition and a variety of career opportunities available. We will empower candidates with a personalised recruitment service ensuring that every person feels valued, confident and connected to purposeful work in the civil and public service.
- The centre of excellence for public service recruitment: Through innovation and recruitment best practice, we will shape the future of recruitment and excellence across the public service. publicjobs aims to be the gold standard for public service recruitment in Ireland.
