This year’s awards ceremony took place at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, on Friday, February 6th, where the award was proudly presented by publicjobs’ newly appointed CEO, Paul Geraghty. Sarah’s achievement reflects her outstanding commitment to championing diversity and inclusion, and her work stood out to the judges for its impact, authenticity and leadership in creating meaningful change.

The National Diversity & Inclusion Awards remain Ireland’s only dedicated awards programme focused exclusively on advancing diversity and inclusion. The awards returned for their fourth year in 2026, with 12 categories recognising excellence across the D&I landscape.
