publicjobs sponsors Employee of the Year award at the National Diversity & Inclusion (NDI) Awards 2026!

This year’s awards ceremony took place at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, on Friday, February 6th, where the award was proudly presented by publicjobs’ newly appointed CEO, Paul Geraghty. Sarah’s achievement reflects her outstanding commitment to championing diversity and inclusion, and her work stood out to the judges for its impact, authenticity and leadership in creating meaningful change.

We would also like to extend our congratulations to all other category finalists, Sharon Rothwell (Bidvest Noonan), Mitchell Okeke (Medtronic), Mariangela Esposito (Royal College of Physicians of Ireland), James Kilmartin (SAP), and Trevor O’Clochartaigh (TG4). Each of you is driving real progress in building more inclusive, equitable workplaces across Ireland, and your contributions deserve recognition and celebration.

The National Diversity & Inclusion Awards remain Ireland’s only dedicated awards programme focused exclusively on advancing diversity and inclusion. The awards returned for their fourth year in 2026, with 12 categories recognising excellence across the D&I landscape. This year, publicjobs was proud to sponsor the Employee of the Year Award, reaffirming our commitment to promoting inclusive leadership and positive cultural change across the workforce.

We extend our thanks to the Irish Centre for Diversity for organising such a fantastic event, and congratulations to all nominees and winners. Celebrating diversity and inclusion is at the heart of publicjobs’ ethos, and championing trailblazers, such as those celebrated at this event, is a source of great pride for all of us at the organisation.
